We went to the park with our next door neighbor's girlfriend, Heather, and her 4 year old, Koralyn, on Saturday. There were kids EVERYWHERE, which I'm pretty sure was due to every parent in the neighborhood wanting to get out of the house on such a nice day. After the winter we've had, can you blame them? Lili had a great time, but she was very cautious. You could tell she knew that the equipment could be dangerous and made sure that she never put herself into a situation where she could fall. Koralyn did get her to go through some of the tunnels, slide down the "big" slides and walk across the bouncy bridge. She laughed a few times, but mostly she just looked around, wide-eyed. She remembered the swings though, so we spent a lot of time on those! By next year, that kid will be unstoppable!
After the park we grabbed the guys and had dinner at Maynard's. The girls were SO funny as we were waiting for our table. They were giving each other hugs and Koralyn kept squishing Lili's cheeks. Lili thought that was the most hysterical thing...haha...
