A Christmas Story: Part 2 - Hope Santa Brought More

Lili and Will seemed to think that Santa 'only' brought them stocking stuffers (one of the benefits of them still being so young). With the X-Mas tree and all of the other gifts downstairs, Mommy & Daddy were able to fill their bellies with a yummy breakfast upstairs before showing them the rest of the 'loot'. This made for happier children...which in turn made happier parents.

Lili caught a peek of the many gifts from Santa, family and friends before she even made it all the way down the stairs. 'Ohhhhhh!' suddenly started flying out of her mouth every time she saw something new to look at. There were several baby doll items which 'Santa' assembled and set up the night before...a wooden highchair, wooden crib with 2 storage drawers underneath, pram stroller and, of course, a new doll...for Will there was a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe for him to 'drive' and 3 large Tonka trucks.Santa brought each of them a mini saucer chair...Disney Princesses for Lili and Toy Story for Will. First Will smiled at the camera...

...then Lili smiled at the camera...God forbid they both smile at the same time.

Daddy was able to easily convince Lili to tear into the gifts under the tree. In fact, she opened ALL of the presents. Will was too busy with the wrapping paper and empty boxes to care about what actually came in them!So many nice gifts were unveiled from family and friends and the kids loved them all! There was a Disney Princess purse set...complete with cell phone and lipstick (plastic, of course)...

...a Sesame Street book all about LILI with pictures of her on every page, which she totally got a kick out of...

...a Monster truck for Will that winds up and shoots off...

...some extra tickles from Daddy...

...ornaments........oh wait, those weren't new....they were already on the tree!

...'Olivia' books (Lili's fave!)...

...a handmade Disney Princess purse...

...lots of clothes and jammies...

...a little wooden Army tank (not yet unwrapped...but close!)...

...a Baby Grand Piano...

...which was enjoyed by both children...

...and last, but certainly not least, lots of wonderful boxes...

...providing 'fort-like' capabilities and some alone time...

There really was an insane number of gifts (keep in mind that with living so far away from everyone, all presents are shipped prior to X-Mas and opened at the same time on X-Mas morning)...but the kids are having a blast! Thanks to everyone who made their X-Mas so special!
