Earlier this week we spent an evening at our next door neighbor's house. His girlfriend and her 4 year old daughter were there so the girls (+Will) had some kiddie pool fun and the adults got to enjoy the show. It was so funny to see how each child reacted so differently to things. They both loved the water, however Koralyn refused to get her hair wet and Lili would only stay in one spot once she got in. If you tried to push either one to do something they didn't want to do, they would cop an attitude and refuse. Will was definitely the most easygoing of the bunch, but I don't think he knows enough about the world yet to be afraid of anything in particular. Drew might have given him a good reason to fear something now though...as you can see in the very last pic, at one point he held him into a stream of FREEZING COLD water, fresh from the hose. He SHRIEKED when his little body hit the water and needless to say Drew felt horrible when he realized just how cold it was. He recovered quickly, so I'm thinking that's a good sign and we probably don't need to worry TOO much about the incident scarring him for life?
